1- Are you taking the new MCAT?

This Complete MCAT Course will prepare you for the new Computer Based MCAT (CBT). The August 2006 MCAT was the last paper MCAT. In 2007, the MCAT became a shorter entirely Computer Based Test. According to the AAMC, the MCAT has the same content - only the structure changed. All the information presented in The Complete MCAT Course is the same material that you need to study for the new MCAT CBT.

You will also have access to all the sample MCAT tests in The Gold Standard (one of the texts that comes with the Complete MCAT Course) online as Computer Based Tests (MCAT CBTs) with the new format for free!  That includes on screen highlighter, all multiple choice sections are instantly corrected, you can do the exams as often as you want, etc.

This package reviews that MCAT from A to Z.  So it starts at the beginning for ALL tested MCAT subjects so if you know it already, you can skip ahead.  But, if it’s been a long time or even if you never even studied that topic, it will be taught to you in a way that you can understand.

6- If I buy this package, will I have to buy anything else for MCAT prep?

We certainly recommend that once you have completed your prep using this package, that you practice with the online practice tests (MCAT CBTs) from the Gold Standard and from the AAMC which we do not sell.  Your package will describe how to do this in detail.

7- I heard about The Silver Bullet Real MCATs Explained book: what is it and where can I get it?

The Silver Bullet was a popular book a few years ago and then sold out.  The last edition was never redone and the rumor is that a new one will be published in late 2009 or early 2010.
