This little video may have been lost to listeners who don’t listen through i-tunes or who don’t use the player window while they’re listening. So, I’ve decided to post it as a stand alone video podcast. Submitted by long time friend of the show and occasional contributor Jim Connolly, it tells the true story of Dennis, his Mum’s neighbour, and an encounter with a UFO on the Yorkshire moors. It was illustrated so well by Anjan Sarkar that it became a sort of naive animation. Hopefully, we’ll be able to get some more these served up in the future but for now get stuck in to a plate of visitors from outer space.

Not all the Halloween special disappeared into the ether, Barry’s B Movies, a few sound FX and Oliver’s Games Review survived. The schtick was going to be that I was wandering around a haunted house and the kitchen contributors were haunting the various rooms I visited. I’d got these two bits recorded before personal reasons stopped me and Richard doing our bit. (Richard was going to be haunting a laptop in the living room) I’d planned to scrap these recordings but had a change of heart and decided somebody out there might enjoy them as they are.
