Karen’s putting in some long hours at work these days.  Steve has continued as househusband but he is looking forward to getting back to work soon...with possibly two jobs.

One thing that came to light last year is how truly useful your local library is.  We used to buy books but now we find most of what we are looking for, even current stuff, is right there for free.  DVD’s, music, magazines; Why buy?

Steve’s dream has always been to travel around North America while living in a camper van.  We did just that, in a 1984 Nissan Okanagan micro mini motor home. We finished our journey in November. We’ll keep our blog going since most likely we will be in Australia in no time, giving us a reason to remain on the soap box.
