Set in the heart of the ‘Grand Champagne’ region, the 1st Cru of Cognac, Bois Blanc was originally built in 1838 as a vineyard owner’s house, with attached barn and worker’s cottage. The current owners, Badger and Mandie Davis have carefully created 2 exclusive, well appointed, luxury (I use this word with much thought), holiday venues by renovating the two bedroom cottage and converting the spectacular front half of the barn into a modern one bedroom apartment on 2 floors. This is all set in a landscaped garden with generous L shaped pool, quiet terraces in a very sought after location; at the end of its own drive away from roads, light and noise. The aim is calm exclusivity, guided by quality not quantity.

The ‘Cottage’, usually booked 6 months in advance, is available to let. The ‘Barn’ is now finished and is predicted to be a hit in its first season. Be one of the first to book !
