How it works:

A certified massage therapist comes to your office with
her massage chair. You find a little nook--an unused
office, a corner of the lunch room, anywhere with a
little space (but not much). Employees can either sign
up ahead of time for their slot or come as they take
their breaks. They are massaged in the chair for 10-15
minutes, focusing on the highest stress areas--generally
neck, shoulders, arms and hands. Massage is performed fully clothed, no messing with the hair or makeup. When their time is up, they return to their desks feeling happier, refreshed and ready for the rest of the day.

We can set up a regular schedule to keep your employees healthy and happy: once a week, once a month, whatever works best for you.

Payment options:

The company pays.--
Most businesses use this option in the event of something special. For example, your sales team exceeded their goals, or everyone worked hard to meet a tight deadline.

The company and the employee split the cost.--
Some companies don’t want to shoulder the whole financial burden, but they do want to offer their employees an incentive to get the massages. Remember, happier, healthier employees are more productive.

The employees pay.--
For some companies, making a massage therapist available and giving the employees an extra 15 minute break are enough of a contribution, so they leave it to the employee to pay the $10 or $15 themselves.
