All classes are from 7:00pm to 9:30pm for weekday classes, and 1:30pm to 4:00pm for Saturday classes unless otherwise noted.

Lundgren's offers a variety of photography (film and digital) related classes for people interested in getting the most from their Digital and/or Film based cameras. Most courses will consist of single evening or Saturday classes, lasting approx. two and one-half hours, with time alloted for individual question and answers with the instructor.

Each class will be strictly limited to 10 students.

Each class lasts approximately 2 - 2-1/2 hours (as scheduled above).

 

Students enrolling in camera specific courses are welcome to bring their camera but it is not required.

All classes include a question and answer period with the instructor.

All registrations are on a first come-first served basis. Classes fill quickly so please register at your earliest convenience. Pre-paid registrations must be made in advance. No tickets will be sold at the door. Cost of class is $35 per person unless otherwise noted. Call store for details and seating availability.

 

Customers who have purchased tickets that need to reschedule or cancel for any reason, must call at least three (3) days prior to their scheduled class to obtain a refund or credit for a future class date.

 

No refunds or credits will be given for persons failing to cancel or for "no-shows".

If you are already familiar with the basics of photography, but want to learn more about the workings of digital cameras this class is for you. We will be covering histograms, exposure (including the Zone System), white balance, and more. If you are not versed in basic photography, we suggest taking the SLR Photography basics class first.

Portrait Photography - Wednesday February 24th, 2010 from 7:00pm to 9:00pm

Taking great portraits is more than just having a great model. Posing, environment, and lighting all create various emotions in portraits. This class will give you the information and ideas to create meaningful and powerful portraits. We will cover posing styles and techniques, basic lighting and how it creates mood, along with other helpful tips and tricks.


This class is instructed by Professional Photographer Ken Ring. Ken is a top notch portrait and wedding photographer and he has been voted as one of the top photographers in the Rockford and surrounding area. We are very excited to have Ken teaching at this class.
