Our Mission.....
..... is to improve commercial properties either by building new projects or by renovating older ones. We purchase and hold, lease and manage, build, and (rarely) sell commercial properties throughout the four western states of California, Nevada, Texas, and Utah. We realize more than anything that first and foremost our industry is all about valued long-term business relationships with people, and a far second to that is it about the brick and mortar of the buildings we own. We love people and that’s why we love what we do, and it shows! We are totally committed to holding ourselves to the gold standard of honesty, integrity, and service above self. Our handshake is our bond. We give back a substantial share of our profits to benefit the poor and the needy including food assistance, clothing, and providing job opportunities whenever feasible for the disabled.
Our projects include Retail Centers, Office Buildings, and Industrial Parks throughout the West. Our Mission is only accomplished through hard work, service that exceeds expectations, lots of enthusiasm, and faith in the future of this great country that we feel so blessed to live in.
