We are a small family run business, located on Hayling Island in Hampshire. Our aim has never been to be the biggest business of it’s type, but to concentrate on quality and consistency with our food and service, and to deliver more than what is expected for our customers.
Cornelius Catering always uses the freshest of ingredients, with most of our dishes prepared ‘home cooked’. This means that all of our dishes are full of taste and flavour, unlike the majority of pre-prepared dishes available today.

Flexibility is another key to our success, we enjoy meeting our customers beforehand to discuss their requirements, and talk about the exciting array of options available. If you have a favourite dish, let us know – no problem!
