Reflections

“WOW LARS, Thank you for the time trials!  By the way, I have been meaning to email you and let you know how impressed I am by your Speed and agility camp.  I was not quite sure of the instruction that [my son] was going to get going into this.  I just wanted him to keep active over the summer.  You have already done an amazing job in improving his athletic ability, you are MORE than organized, overly qualified, and [my son] is having a blast!! Again, you are doing a fabulous job and as many summers as you continue this program, I will definitely involve [my son]!”

“Lars, I appreciate the work your doing with the boys-..getting them in shape and having fun doing it..No way [my son] would exercise to this level on his own..We can see his stamina improving and he’s excited to see his own progress.”

You continue to amaze me with how truly engaged you are with your passions and how you make things better for everyone involved!

“...You are quite a role model/inspiration.  I am thankful Blake got to meet you and experience this with you.”

“...It’s amazing that you work the boys as hard as you do and they still enjoy coming each time.”

“Thank you so much!! I think you have a great program working with the boys and I know [my son] really enjoys it. It was a fun summer for him.”

“I don’t think [my son] has ever been motivated to run on his own. Then out of nowhere, he went up the track and has ran over a mile each night for the last three days. I am so impress with your ability to motivate the kids!”

“WOW!!!   I'm truly impressed in [my son’s] improvement.  Thank you so much for offering the training this summer.  [my son] has loved every minute of it and you've done a GREAT job!!!!”

“Lars, is there any way you’d be able to do this camp over the fall as well? [my son] woke up this morning and was disappointed to learn that it was a Tuesday, and there was no practice. He’s enjoying it that much!! I didn’t think kids could find running to be this much fun!”
