The Lake Norman Storm is a full-contact football team and charter member of the Pioneer Football League.  Serving Iredell and its surrounding counties for 12 years, the Storm offers, to area student athletes, an opportunity to play football in a Christian environment.

Founded upon Christian principles, the PFL and Lake Norman Storm emphasize on helping young men and women develop biblical character traits such as self-control, selflessness and perseverance.

Sportsmanship, self sacrifice and teamwork are the cornerstones of the Lake Norman Storm and the PFL “Codes of Conduct”.  Each player, parent and coach are asked to read and sign the “Code of Conduct” agreements.

The Lake Norman Storm and the PFL have the distinction of graduating athletes who have moved on to play football for NC State, University of Tennessee, Wingate University, NC A&T, Brevard College and Western Carolina.
