Overview

The members of my lab and I study the role of sexual selection in evolutionary diversification.  We focus our efforts on understanding how: 1) mate choice contributes to reproductive isolation between species; 2) interactions between species affect the evolution of mate choice; and 3) the fitness consequences of hybridization come to vary between species, among populations, and across different habitats.
