it’s thursday afternoon, we leave here saturday morning!  only like 48 hours to go!!  we are all getting so excited!  the packing has been a little crazy - we’ll be gone for 3 1/2 weeks, be experiencing different climates and will be attending a wedding - lots of different clothes - but according to the packing nazi (rob) we have to pack as conservatively as possible!  he’s right though - even conservatively, it’s one suitcase per person, 1 backpack per person, camera bag, bag of christmas gifts - it’s a LOT of STUFF!!!  it’s been a challenge - at this point, i’ve kinda given up - if we don’t have what we need - we’ll never be far from the local target!!!!

i can’t believe it’s almost time!  we’ve been waiting for six months!  it’s going to be an awesome trip - we can’t wait to see all of our family and friends!

we’ll fly into LA - we arrive saturday morning (yes, we leave here saturday mid-day and arrive there saturday morning!  how crazy is that???) spend 4 days in LA - disneyland, legoland, miley cyrus concert, hollywood, and hopefully some beach/pool time and recovering from jet lag - adjusting to new time zone!  we’ll see how much we get done - i’m thinking lots of sleeping and pool time!  but i know the kids won’t want to miss a thing!

then we fly to ohio for rob’s cousin’s wedding.  all of rob’s family will be there!  we are so excited to have four whole days with all of them!

then, on the 27th, we fly into altanta - my parents will pick us up - we’ll go spend a few days at the farm with them and then head to PTC until 11 october. 

we are thrilled and can’t wait to get “home”!  see you SOON!!!!
