A native of Las Vegas, Autumn L. Waters received her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Nevada Las Vegas in 2000, and her Juris Doctorate from the University of Montana School of Law in 2003. She is a member of the Montana and Nevada Bars. Ms. Waters joined the Law Offices of Kermitt L. Waters in 2002 and since then has handled approximately 25 eminent domain actions. She has briefed numerous eminent domain issues to the Nevada Supreme Court. Ms. Waters practices primarily in the area of eminent domain law.
