Arrow Visit
Arrow Visit
The 22nd Arrow Class graduated last night. It’s been an amazing week. It began with a training session attended by sixty-five leaders in Southern California - The Mentoring Connection. As the class gathered on Sunday at Forest Home, President Carson Pue and I spent several days speaking personally with new friends for Arrow - potential supporters who were challenged to help us with a powerful new vision to expand Arrow’s reach. Tuesday evening, twenty-six of us gathered in the new Gilead Retreat Center at ECCU. It was an elegant setting for us to reflect on God’s goodness and grace; and the importance of investing in emerging leaders who will set the pace in Kingdom ministries all across America.
Even in this challenging moment in the burgeoning world economy, there was a spirit of expectation and anticipation. Wednesday morning, Carson addressed the employees at ECCU for their weekly chapel.
