We’d been looking for a new Sydney property to add to the portfolio for some time, and when we finally came across this little gem it was love at first sight.  Was it the location?  The size? The retro feel?  Not really sure which ticked box helped us make the decision - all I know is that I feel great about it.

Waterloo is an up and coming area in Sydney.  It’s a suburb that until around 10 years ago was largely dominated by light industrial and blue collar residential dwellings.  It’s now considered city fringe and is about to undergo a significant transformation.

Just two blocks from this building is an area called Green Square.  A new area of development, it started in 1999 with the addition of a new railway station - the only station on the new link between Sydney Central and Sydney International Airport.  A rail link that was developed in time for the 2000 Olympics.

The next phase of development for the area includes a major commercial/residential upgrade called Green Square Town Centre.  For more information on this development visit the City of Sydney Website.
