When you pick up a phone or use the Internet you are used to it “just working”.  What I do is make sure that when an Internode customer does this there is something or someone to connect to.

My job is to find cool and efficient ways to connect our network to the world and find products and services our customers are likely to buy.

A key part of my job is to meet with carriers around the world and keep talking to them until they do what we need in order to be able to deliver about the best Internet service in Australia.

It’s a simple job.  All you need is a strong liver, a thick skin and a willingness to take no as the start of a negotiation.
