A complete renovation to the credit union headquarters includes first floor office additions, new entrance

portal and drive-thru canopy with a second floor open work area.  Interior spaces will be enlarged and

modernized with new private teller stations, handicap toilets and HVAC system.  Exterior finishes include

ground face masonry, fiber cement panels and composite trim.  Energy saving materials used are Icynene and

cellulose insulation, fiber cement products and reused doors and hardware.  The new traffic and parking

layout will keep vehicles away from the front of the building, while providing two lanes for ATM and drive-up

service.  Construction is scheduled from August through December 2008 with the credit union remaining

open during all phases of construction.  This project is being done as project manager and clerk of the works.

Architect is Nicolai A. Calabro, AIA.
