My name is Bond, James Bond that is.
Most folks just call me Jim, hence the name of my studio.
I have been in the photographic industry for more than 35 years. Originally I became interested in photography as a hobby and a Pentax SP1000, but eventually, that interest has evolved into a passion and a vocation. In the early years, film was the medium employed to capture my images using a variety of film cameras in both 35mm format as well as medium film (6x7) format. Since the mid 1990s, I have become a very strong advocate of the digital photographic medium. I now use only digital equipment and am very excited about the strengths and flexibility that this medium affords the photographic artist.
Besides taking pictures, I have been very involved for over 15 years in the image processing industry. That is to say, I restore, color, and alter other peoples photos, old or new. For samples of my work, go to the IMAGE PROCESSING section of this web site, or WATCH THE VIDEO.
