I took this photo at the Tucson Zoo, one of my favorite places. (Yes, I realize there are problems with keeping wild creatures in captivity.) The Tucson Botanical Gardens is another local treasure that I enjoy visiting and photographing. In my blog -- a new venture that I hope will keep the creative juices flowing -- you will read about other favorites. I hope to take more and better photos as I gain experience in these new (digital) media. Also I hope this venture encourages me to contact old and new friends more consistently (a New Year’s resolution?).
