For most people, that mountain just lies looming in the distance, forever there and yet elusive. They take a few steps in the right direction and then go back to the comforts of base camp. The view is pretty nice from there, too. Coaching, on the other hand, is for adventurers who are curious enough, courageous enough, and crazy enough to be ready to leave the low life and reach for the limits of who they can become. It does take a lot of energy to climb your mountain, and vision, and intention, and skill, and inspiration, and collaboration and well, friends in high places!
