Year End Tax-Deductible Contribution Info


The tax rule is that a contribution is effective when delivered in 2008 and/or the contribution envelope is postmarked in 2008.  A contribution received or postmarked in 2009, even if the check is backdated, cannot be credited or acknowledged for 2008 tax-deduction purposes.
