Cyrier and Whitney Achieve 100% Occupancy at 24 Thorndike Street Cambridge, MA

Jeremy Cyrier, CCIM and Paul Whitney have successfully leased 100% of 24 Thorndike Street in Cambridge, MA. Prior to taking the listing, the property had suffered 25% vacancy for over a year. The Kolligian Group contacted MANSARD Commercial Properties, offered the assignment, and contracted them to begin an aggressive leasing campaign, resulting in new leases that returned the building to full occupancy.

Cyrier Sells 17,000 SF Retail Property in Reading, MA for $1.4M

Jeremy Cyrier, CCIM has successfully negotiated for the sale of 545, 553-557 Main Street in Reading, MA. The 17,000 SF property sits in the center of downtown Reading and will be renovated by the new owners to attract new tenants to the property. Cyrier represented the buyer and seller in the sale.

Cyrier Negotiates 4,100 SF Renewal on Behalf of Carter & Coleman Realty Trust

Jeremy Cyrier, CCIM has successfully negotiated for the renewal of Lucida’s 4,100 SF office lease at 248 Main Street Reading, MA on behalf of Carter & Coleman Realty Trust. The agreement between the tenant and landlord provides for an extension of their existing lease and provides additional income and stability for Carter & Coleman’s asset.

Whitney of Sells 47,000 SF Office Building
