Cold & Warm Water Diving

Seattle divers enjoy Puget Sound for its diversity above and below the surface. Photos like this, taken from Seacrest Park at Cove II, are just a few feet away from an encounter with a beautiful octopus (below) This is such a great resource for everyone to share and enjoy.Puget_Sound_files/080911%20Board%20minutes.

Wednesday night, 10/15/08, Marker Buoy divers visited this beautiful octopus at Cove II in Seattle.  This photo shows one of three that are residents in the cove.  We have had consistent sightings since May 08.  If you are interested in diving with our club, contact us at:

Another great day for a cold water dive in Puget Sound.  This photo is at Day Island, about one mile south of the Tacoma Narrows Bridge.  At slack tide these are great dives.  Tidal currents however are unforgiving so divers need to know how to read the tide tables.
