I set up three custom search portals that can be used by Recruiters, Sourcers and Hiring Managers to search for resumes and profiles.

First off is LinkedIn. To use simply put in the city and keywords OR a title and a company.

The following search box has been set up to eliminate as many non-resume results as possible (such as job postings). Type in the keywords (titles and skill sets) and either the city or area code.
