NorthPoint Communications, San Francisco, CA



Directed all projects and activities in managing the network build and

national expansion of DSL services throughout the United States. Held multi-

faceted responsibilities for simultaneously directing large projects and a

multitude of smaller projects.



Planned new Digital Subscriber Lines (DSL) WAN and LAN networks for leading worldwide DSL provider.


Successfully launched sixteen new markets in 16 states two weeks ahead of rollout schedule


Chaired meetings with Engineering, marketing, transport, field operations, equipment and installation vendors, collocation managers and Local Exchange Carriers (LEC) to strategically plan launch dates.
