Welcome to Saskatoon’s first dedicated hot yoga studio!
We are a purpose-built facility that offers a quiet, clean and professional place to practice yoga.

What to expect from Hot Yoga Class
Our Hot Yoga class is comprised of a series of static postures and two breathing exercises practiced in a room heated to 38ºC . Starting with deep breathing, the body gets ready for the physical practice. The first 50 minutes are spent in a standing series that warms up the body and builds strength, flexibility and stamina. The last 40 minutes are spent on the floor working deep within the body and strengthening the muscles along the spine and within the core, eventually getting into some deep spine movement before finishing with a cleansing breathing exercise and a final relaxation. Coming out of class you will feel revitalized and energetic, and your body will thank you for it.
