Today we explored the concept of logos and the use of symbols to represent brands. The class recognized logos for Blue’s Clues, McDonald’s, Barbie, Yankees, Toys R Us, Batman, etc. We talked about communicating names of restaurants, shows, products and places without any words. Each child then created a “symbol” or logo for themselves. We had so much fun!
