Antony Thier is the creator of HealThier Fitness. Unlike most training modalities, HealThier Fitness takes a holistic approach to exercise. Fitness is not limited to an hour in the gym or a weekly run, rather it includes:

* The food you eat, how and when you eat it

* The style, duration and attitude with which you exercise

* The choices you make to create or relieve yourself of a stressful life


The Gym provides a defined environment to specifically work on our body’s strength, agility and endurance. It also provides space to reveal our potential, recognize that potential, and carry it out into to our everyday life activities.  Every workout is an opportunity to redefine and act on our intentions, of who and what we want to be inside and out.
