faust in the box

starring

Bridge Markland

In a one-woman-performance with hand puppets and rock/pop music, German actress Bridge Markland conjured up Goethe’s classic play from a box as she makes high-speed changes from Mephisto, Faust, to Margaret.

The German Culture Center-UMSL, in cooperation with Goethe-Institut Chicago were pleased to bring this unusual and entertaining theatrical event to the Studio in the Kranzberg Arts Center, just down the block from the Fox (in the old Woolworth Building for St. Louis Old-Timers).

For Mature Audiences.  Not for children.
