Win vs. Kaiserslautern

Phoenix Hagen got back on track with a win vs. the techpro Braves Saturday January 3rd at the Ischelandhalle. It was a good to be able to shake off some rust and get a win at the same time. We are now 11-3 on the season. You can see my profile of game statistics and other things here. Loss in Munich

It has been a long time since I have posted but here is a quick update. We played FC Bayern Munich (the basketball team of the famous soccer club) and lost in Munich on December 20th. It was a bad way to go into the Christmas break but we didn’t have much time to think about it as I was leaving on the 22nd to fly back to the states. I had a great time while in the states but I still missed seeing a lot of people....so to all of ‘you people’, I will see you starting April 30th! To everyone I did see, thanks for making my break fun even if it was for only 5 1/2 days!

Win vs. Bayreuth!

Phoenix Hagen won a HUGE game to claim a tie for first place overall in the 2.Bundesliga with an 89-78 win at home in front of another sold-out crowd. This win puts us in a 3-way tie with BBC Bayreuth and MBC. There are still so many games to be played but it was definitely an important win for our team and our chances of winning the league come April. We have one more big test Saturday in Munich before the holiday break. Happy Holidays!

Win @ Cuxhaven

Phoenix Hagen won a big road game in the North Sea 103-85... It was a huge win for the team because it is such a tough place to play and it was as rowdy as ever last Saturday. Allie came the next day and we spent some time in Frankfurt... here is a picture of us while in Frankfurt!

Win vs. Kirchheim

Adam Baumann and Ziyed Chennoufi were well received by the Phoenix Hagen crowd as we hosted Kirchheim Sunday. It was a little unusual playing against two teammates from last season but we got things going early in a 101-88 win. Adam is a close friend of mine and I wish him and his team all the best of luck the rest of the season (except when we meet again in March).
