Dreams really do come true, at least they did for John & Sue Carlson!  These childhood sweethearts spent many years raising a family, working hard... and now, playing hard!  Actually, John, a retired executive and Sue, retired from a career in real estate and as a small business owner have never worked harder!  But it doesn’t seem like work because they are doing what they have always dreamed—John raising draft and warmblood horses and Sue operating a Bed & Breakfast! 

They open their “Beulah Land” to visitors who share their love for traditional Christian family values and the appreciation of the great East Texas outdoors.
