Q&A

So, why doesn’t everyone join as a Distributor and buy at wholesale price?

There are many reasons and some of them can be simply explained:

Perhaps the most common reason is that an individual is not aware of the universal goodness of these products.  They may not be aware of the healing and restorative power of aloe vera as a substance for example.  And they may not care either...  Therefore, they see no reason to join what is essentially, a buying club.

Another reason is perhaps that by becoming a Distributor, people think that they have to pester their friends and family to join as well.  Frankly, most people are horrified at the thought of selling something to their nearest and dearest.  Becoming a “Distributor” with FLP does not oblige you to do anything of the sort.  To illustrate this, I have compiled a short list of responses to questions asked in other forums.  All of these answers are from other Distributors, not us so, you can have faith that they have no axe to grind as far as this site is concerned:

“Forever Living Products is indeed a Multi Level Marketing company. Its not a pyramid. There is no joining fee, no annual fee, no compulsion to buy products. If you like any product, you buy it, use it and recommend other people to buy if you want to. If you did this, it brings about a business by personal testimony alone. Its like you telling a friend about a good movie, and your friend watches that movie. What did you gain? Nothing! But multi level marketing is being fair. It pays you for recommending the products not recommending people join the business. The price of a bottle of cola increases ten-fold when it reaches the market. Why? Because YOU PAY for the advertisements, not the product which incidentally is less than 10 cents. (With Cola, you are paying for a product at more than a 1000% mark-up over its cost price and which is known to be detrimental to your health! Ed) When it comes to the FLP products being expensive, you answered your question yourself when you said the products are NICE. In fact, they are great and effective.

“YES - I have used the products for over 20 years. “I am a distributor for this company and I can assure you that it is down to the individual on what they want from life.. by this I mean if you want the big bucks then you have to work for it but then again on the flip side if you want to earn an extra couple of pounds a month/year then you can..Its down to you.

“If it was a pyramid, it would be illegal. Plain and simple. It makes me laugh that people say 'only the people at the top get paid the most.' Not true: you are on a higher percentage than the person who brought you in. I was in Kleeneze and all my mates who were 'looking out for me' were wrong as I have now been able to leave my dead end factory job.
