Eye Research Network Online Research Tools recommended by the  Control of Gene Expression Laboratory Oakland University Eye Research Institute Rochester MI

These are useful internet resources that our laboratory uses on a daily basis. We use them for design and ordering of primers for PCR and cloning,  DNA sequencing reads,  and browsing genomes.  Our Yeast Two Hybrid protocols for transformation are based on Dan Gietz's lab protocols at the University of Manatoba (see list below). Thanks to Dan for advice in transforming yeast when I was a humble post doc at the Kellogg Eye Center (UMich).
