TheChurch@ThePen is the Church in Idaho’s state prisons.

                          What we discovered is there are some really great organizations providing Bible studies, small group classes, outreach events, and transitional support to men and women in prison. What was missing was a “weekly church/worship experience” much like people experience when they attend their church on Sunday.

We have worship, teaching/preaching, Communion, prayer, and more. We do not consider what we do as “prison ministry” per se, but as church planting within the prison system. Currently we have three churches in three separate prisons.

We are funded through the giving of Christians “on the outside.” For obvious reasons, our congregation cannot support their church. If you would like to give to TheChurch@ThePen please mail your gift to:
