John and Alice received a new Variable Speed Furnace, all Aluminum Coil, and a Heat Pump Condenser. This configuration is quite rare in MS.

Practically Free Energy performed a Manual J load calculation and designed the new system, which includes the new Honeywell IAQ thermostat.

Call Chris to build your next house. The last house we did for him is pictured above. Using extensive air sealing, this 2800 square foot house had blower door readings in the 1600’s at BD 50 pa. Most new construction homes have twice that leakage or more! The duct leakage was 1.7 and 2.4% respectively for the two systems.

We used 14 SEER Heat Pumps with zoning on one of the two systems. This is the second home that we have done for Chris, both with outstanding results.
