Promotes fitness, health and confidence through Mixed Martial Arts training. We are a non-traditional martial arts gym that places an emphasis on having fun while getting fit and at the same time learning 'real world' self defence skills, which boosts your self-esteem and self-confidence. The gym is a fun, friendly and family-oriented place to train, meet new friends and become part of the growing WARRIOR GYM.
We teach all areas of the Martial Arts from Standup Striking and Weaponry to Ground fighting. Our Mixed Martial Arts curriculum comprises of the following International Warrior Arts: Muay Thai (Thai Boxing), Kickboxing (Savate & Jun Fan Gung Fu), Filipino Martial Arts, Mixed Grappling, MMA, Strength & Conditioning, and Fighter Training.
The training will challenge students to go beyond their expectations and provide them with self-respect, discipline, and a "never quit" attitude. Our Martial Arts curriculum is also a great fitness training program, providing a great work-out and stress reliever.
