Our web site is temporarily down in order to upgrade to the online journal management software.  These changes will increase functionality, streamline the review and publication process, facilitate article depository into journal databases (i.e., PubMed), and solve the electronic communication problems we have experienced. 

During this time, users can not access journal contents, check the status of reviews, or submit manuscripts.  In the interim, please forward manuscripts, editorial and review board nominations, and questions directly to the editor at editor@cpub.org. We plan to have the enhanced site fully functional by September 15, 2010.
