The pictures here show the development of the Valley of the Moon Coffee Finca.  Workers are spraying an all natural mixture on the leaves of the coffee plants to control the fungus which destroys so much of the crop, ojo de gallo.  Early reports are that the experimental control mechanism is as successful as chemical anti-fungal spray but the report of the workers is that, unlike the chemical sprays, this natural spray does not cause headaches, rashes, breathing problems or other physical problems.

This is an important step forward in the International Decade of Nutrition coffee project.

Valley of the Moon Coffee protects the environment, the workers, and those who drink this coffee since it is produced without chemicals or environmental damage.
