  • Stanton c.314 CDJ (used, in box)
I don't want to get rid of this baby at all.  However, since I have a real baby now, one that poops and cries, I've not the time for mixing that I once did.  One catch with this machine is that it was purchased (new) in America, so you would need a transformer to use it here in Japan.  They can be picked up for 3 to 5 thousand yen.  Read more about the Stanton c.314 here. • IKEA Tylosand Sofa (used, 1 year old)
One of a set of two.  This is a real comfy sofa, folks, and I'd say it was sat upon no more than 20 times before we decided that our living room was two small for the full set and put it in storage.  It's got that space shuttle foam stuff in the cushions and a nice, deep seat.  Heaven if you're a reader, great for snuggling, and could even serve as a safe haven for any guests who couldn't quite make the last train.  Covers can be ordered in several colors from IKEA Japan at 17,000 yen.  The included cover is brown. Dimensions are listed below.  Read more about it here.

  • NEW! SoyToy Soy Milk Machine
This was a gift and, although I love Marusan's soymilk, I didn't like the output on this machine. I think I've used it four times, twice for drinking and twice for making ice cream. Anyway, this is definitely a niche product, but I thought I'd put it out there. It was 150 USD new.

Brought to you by Adbusters, this is THE politically and environmentally conscious shoe.  I've got a pair of the v2s, but these v1s were just a wee bit too small for comfort.  Comes complete with the Blackspot Shareholder's Certificate.  Read more about the Blackspot experiment here.

  • Birkenstock Footprints Madeira Sandals, Men's Size 9, 42 (very slightly used, in box), Birkenstock Betula Kongo Sandals, Men's Size 9, 42 (new, in box)
I wore the Madiera pair as my indoor school shoes for 2 days with socks and, again, they proved just a wee bit too small for comfort.  The Kongo pair were a gift and they are too narrow for my foot.  I'm pretty sure that both styles are no longer available.  It's hard, if not impossible, to find Birkenstock's in Japan for less than 15,000 yen, so if you like them this could be your chance!
