What is a Shaman?
For thousands of years men and women from different cultures around the world had the special ability to leave their bodies to move into unseen worlds around them to journey for their client were known as shamans. In todays terms, shamanism involves the ability to switch from the left hemisphere of our brain, which keeps us completely grounded in the third dimension where we live, to the right hemisphere. Here we can achieve an altered state in order to pierce through all of the other dimensions that surround us at all times. The shaman does not leave their body to travel to other dimensions. Instead we switch to our right side of our brain which is “hooked up” to all the dimensions simultaneously and begins an inner journey by traveling to these other worlds/dimensions/places to find lost parts of the individual’s soul. The shaman has the ability to disconnect, at will, from the grounding roots of the left brain/third dimensional world and move into the right brain. It is important to remember that a shaman controls this skill and does it at will.
