A slight adjustment of the Original Recipe Vanilla Icing by request from customers decorating ice cream cakes so decorations are not as hard when eaten frozen. “Slightly Sweeter” than the Original Recipe Icing. Only 5g fat per 2 tablespoon serving.
Based on Original Recipe with necessary adjustment in sugar and addition of genuine cocoa. Wonderful taste, great stability, decorator quality.
Formulated for a “dry-to-the-touch” finish. Necessarily sweeter and heavier than original icings. A firm, smooth glaze can be made by gently warming and mixing icing with a small amount of water. No need for a second product to complete the task!
