The new “Options” are not yet available at our on-line store, so they would need to be ordered via  phone or email at the present time.


First, is the  “GO GREEN” packaging option. 


    This option basically amounts to “bag-in-a-box” icing instead of icing in a pail. The corrugated           

    boxes will be heavy duty, double wall containers.  Currently our one gallon pail of icing gets    

    shipped in an 8”x8”x8” corrugated box.  That same size box, will hold two gallons of Icing in a         

    food safe plastic bag.  A 10”x10”x10” box holds 4 gallons, and a 12”x12”x12” box holds 7 gallons    

    of icing.


    No icing will be lost or wasted by using the bag.  After most of the icing has been used, the bag                

    can be placed in the freezer for about 10 - 15 minutes.  The remaining icing will become very    

    hard.  A few good shakes of the bag will loosen the firm icing from the plastic, which then can be    

    dumped into a solid container.  In just a few minutes the icing will warm up and return to its    

    original smooth and creamy consistency.


    For those interested in this option, here are the benefits:  Large Polyurethane pails are often not    

    accepted at recycling centers.  The pails are made from petroleum products, increasing cost.     

    Pails add extra weight to the shipping cost. 

    As stated in our Shipping Information, both on-line and in our promotional video, to insure    

    product quality, we never allow our products to remain with the shipping company over a    

    weekend.  If customers live in remote areas of the United States which cannot be reached by    

    UPS during a 4 day ground transit time (5 days counting the day the item ships), we are    

    offering icing packaged in Flat Rate, 2-3 day Priority, Shipping Boxes.  Not only will product    

    arrive in less time to remote areas, but Saturday deliveries are included at no additional cost    

    from the U.S. Postal Service.  These boxes can also be used for Military APO shipments.


    This, too, is “bag-in-a-box packaging”, as the Post Office supplies the boxes and they cannot be    

    altered.  What fits inside the box goes for the flat rate no matter the weight.


    The Small Flat Rate Box holds 2 gallons of icing for $10.80 shipping fee.

    The Large Flat Rate Box holds 3 1/2 gallons of icing for $14.00 shipping fee.


    This is also a perfect way to get icing to U.S. destinations, like Hawaii and U.S. Territories that    

    cannot be reached by ground transportation for a reasonable shipping fee, as opposed to the    

    fee for Air Shipments. 


    And, finally, if you live in ship areas that take more than three days by ground, (that we normally    

    need to ship out on Monday or Tuesday) and suddenly needed icing, it could still be shipped to

    you on Wednesday for delivery either Friday or Saturday.
