My oldest brother, Mike, had spinal cancer. Mike had chondrosarcoma, -a type of cancer of the bone. My brother survived 14 years of getting these sarcomas. Most people with chondrosarcoma survive only five years. My brother’s life journey ended on July 18, 2009. Although he may be gone, my brother inspired many people with his life.
