Job Description:
We are currently looking to fill a part time production assistant position. Production assistant will assist in editing wedding and session images. Production of wedding albums, invitations and all other production.
Requirements:
All applicants must be at least 18 years of age with a high school diploma. Must be proficient in photoshop and lightroom as well as Mac OSX operating systems. Basic understanding of image workflow. Must be able to handle a large work load with a sense of urgency. Applicants must be creative and can make decisions quickly.

Today is my little guys 5th birthday. We had a little party for him at Chuckie Cheeses a couple of days ago. It was actually a ton of fun. Last year was crazy and I was a bit stressed, but this was awesome. I took all of these with my sony point and shoot so understand that before viewing.

So Randy & Kelsie got Connor this robe and we all thought it was so funny. Then we get home and whats the first thing Connor does. Strips down and puts on the robe. Crystal and I just died laughing.

However I got to put the City police headquarters together. All 953 pieces. Did it in about an hour.

Today I am having some new hardware installed in the studio that is going to revolutionize an entire part of our business. We are going to be able to do things that no other photographer in our state can do. Its going to be sick!

Its that time of year again. Bridal shows are going to be pretty much every weekend this month, but we have only decided to be at two of them. The first is next weekend. January 9-10 at the Salt Palace Ballroom. Come see us, we are located right in the middle of the ballroom. We are going to have HUGE incentives to book us at the show, so you if are thinking about booking us, come to the show and do it there! We are going to be adding about $600 in products and credits to our full day coverage. You don’t want to miss out!

I have been non stop busy since the day after Christmas and its not going to end. The studio shot 3 weddings yesterday and we have 2 today. I have been in a couple of different states in the past week and we have a couple of bridal shows to do this month. dezember design will be opening near the middle of the month and I can’t wait to get that rolling.
For now here is one image from my wedding on the 2nd. I had a fun time last yesterday and now I gotta run to todays wedding. Check back for the full post.

JOSEPH & MICA - WEDDING, LAS VEGAS

Saturday was awesome! I flew into Vegas the night before and met up with my couple in the morning to get some amazing shots of the two of them. The sky was perfect. Its been forever it seems that I have seen such blue skies. The entire group of people was so much fun to hang around. This my be a little slow loading because there are 68 images.
Thanks guys I had a great time! Oh and thanks to Emily who helped me with my lighting! You rock!

Yesterday I flew out to sin city for todays wedding and let me tell you what, its pretty dang cold for vegas. So I am in the middle of doing the slideshow for tonights reception and I had to post a couple of shots. The sky is killer blue today. I will show you the rest later. I have an early flight tomorrow to shoot another wedding on Sunday and then another on Tuesday, Friday & Saturday. Its going to be a busy week.
I will try to get the full post up on the plane ride home tomorrow.

ALMA & ALEXIS - WEDDING

Yesterday was one of the coldest weddings I have shot in a long time. I left my house at 7:30 in the morning to get to PG by 9am. I wanted to be sure to get some shots of Alexis getting her hair and makeup done. We then headed to the temple to get the couple shots done before it froze. The sealing was at 2pm and we did the family after. The temple was crazy with brides and families, seriously there was people everywhere! Alma and Alexis were awesome! We got a couple of amazing images yesterday. Scroll down to see some of them.

Canvas Printing Party

Yesterday and today we had a little canvas printing party in the studio. What’s a canvas printing party you ask. Well, we had to print and stretch a ton of amazing canvas prints that all of you ordered. A while back I shot Heather’s wedding up in Idaho and absolutely had a blast. She called us a couple of weeks ago to setup a session with her and her sisters for a little Christmas present for their parents. Its was awesome! I actually got out of bed super early so I could be in the studio before normal, but it was worth it. Check out the shots I got of the sisters.

Seems like I just posted about these guys a couple of days ago and now I am posting again. I guess thats what happens when we shoot your sessions so close together. Anyway, wow what an amazing session it was today. Sweet blue skys, awesome location and killer images. Take a looksee.

Thanks to Randy who was out giving me a hand today. He was giving me great light with the disc and the soft boxes. Good thing we had Ryan’s sweater in the car cause it was cold and Randy had no coat on.
