Josh spoke at Evangelical Free Church Sunday morning to a very attentive crowd. The members of the church were so eager to learn more that they practically bought every book we had brought with us!

That evening Josh spoke at the Bismarck Civic Center. Josh spoke to 2,000 youth and parents. He talked to the youth about his testimony and it seemed to go over really well. Out of the 2,000 people there about 400-500 young people came up for the alter call!! It was really great to see God using Josh at the age of 70 to relate to all of these teens.

Gearing up for Albania a week from this Saturday. Can’t wait to finally make my way over the big pond to Europe!! Thank you once again for your continued support and prayers. If you ever have any questions or just want to say hi please email me!! My contact info is on my Support Me page.

Thank you to Bruce Ruefer for this very special opportunity. I have to say I was absolutely awestruck at the beauty I saw today. When you are up that high in a plane seeing all of these mountains you begin to realize how small you truly are. How much must God love me to know every hair on my head? How much must He love me to know every tear I cry.....WOW.

I hope you all as you look at these pictures and read this blog will take time to think about your own life and how blessed you are just for the simple fact that God loves you. It doesn’t matter how much money you make, how many friends you have, how nice of a car you drive, or even how many people you help save. God loves you because YOU were created in HIS image. How great a love!!

Finally back in the United States!! We just finished up with the leadership heads from Campus Crusade for Christ. I have to say that the people I got to meet this past week are some of the great minds leading the way for Christ. It was such an honor to serve them all and just get to know them a little. I really felt blessed to be apart of the trip.

I’m currently in Bozeman, MT and hoping that I will get to write some more this weekend. Things have been far too busy!! I didn’t get a chance to write about our trip to Hollywood and the awesome people we met at Oasis Church. You have to check that place out....the people there are some of the most loving Christians I have ever met!!

Thank you all so much for taking time to read these entries and keep up with me. I am getting really excited about starting my own ministry someday and I am learning so much. I really can’t express my appreciation to those of you who are supporting me. I really hope that God is blessing all of you abundantly as you support me.

I’m sitting in the Dallas airport waiting for our flight to Orange County. I have to say that Miles City, Montana is home to some of the warmest people I have ever met. I really do hope that I get a chance to go back and visit someday.

We started Friday night with two talks which is different than most nights and on this Friday night it was very abnormal. From the very start of the event I could feel that Josh was “off” a little bit, something just didn’t seem right. I chalked it up to just being a little rusty after the month off we had just gotten back from. I figured he would find his groove and settle in, but that never happened. About two-thirds of the way through his first talk he apologized to the people and said he wasn’t feeling quite right and thought it might be because of his diabetes. Thankfully there was a diabetes specialist there and they took Josh to the hospital. Everything turned out alright but Josh’s blood-sugar level was over 300!!

The people of Miles City showed so much compassion and care for Josh and continued to pray for him as he was at the hospital. Josh returned about 20 minutes later and wanted to continue with the second talk. He gave his testimony and the rest of the night went just as everyone had expected.

Saturday we had some time to spend out in Montana because the services weren’t until later in the evening. Herb was gracious enough to take Ward and I out to a cattle ranch. I actually got to help separate the calves from the moms and I have to tell you, it was so LOUD!! The ranch was on the outskirts of the Miles City and it was beautiful. The sky in Montana seems to touch the mountain tops as the horizon stretches. I wish I could go back just to spend a week taking pictures.

This week we are getting ready down in Baja to host the heads of Campus Crusade for their semi-annual cabinet meeting, so the next 3 days I’ll be in Mexico. This weekend I will be back up in L.A. where Josh is speaking at a couple of church services.

Thank you for your continued support and prayers!!

Sorry this hasn’t been updated in a while but the trip to Modesto, CA was really busy. We spent Saturday at the Valley Home Educators Conference. Josh gave three talks Saturday morning at 9:30, 11:00, and 1:00. The room was packed solid from the first talk to the last talk with many of the people not leaving the room ever. Josh talked on Teaching Truth in Today’s Youth Culture, Bible: Fact, Fiction, or Fallacy, and finally my favorite talk The Seven A’s of Relational Parenting.

This was by far my favorite weekend that I have spent with Josh. The talks he gave, even though I had heard them before had me on the edge of my seat. The talk on The Seven A’s of Relational Parenting has quickly become my favorite talk and I really think that everyone between the age of 20 and 50 should here this talk!

I had the chance to talk with a couple of people between the talks and there was a particular story that really stuck out to me. One man came up to me to let me know just how much he appreciated our being there. He told me he was having trouble at home with his teenage daughter because she had so many questions about God and the bible and he really didn’t know how to answer them. He told me with tears in his eyes just how much of a blessing we were and how excited he was to get home to his daughter and share with her what he had learned. I think the stories like that are what make my job so fantastic! Not only do I get to learn so much, but I get to hear the stories and pray with people who are struggling to find answers. God was really working this weekend!

This week I am trying to raise some more support. I need about $4,000 to get me through the rest of the year, which is far less then what they wanted me to raise. I’m living off the bare minimum right now but I know God will provide and I don’t need an abundance of anything. I just want to live and serve!! Thank you all so much for your continued prayer. I can’t wait for our trip to Cedar Falls, IA for the bible convention!

God bless you!!
