Andy Phillips

started his professional life as a secondary school teacher. After a brief spell leading a national research project he both established and led/managed the training and professional development unit for a university college, along the way establishing a suite of Masters levels programmes as well as developing consultancy work in America & Asia. Following this he served as a schools' adviser and more recently served as Managing Director for Altecq Education & Training.

Andy has worked as a leadership consultant to the British Council delivering their Headteacher Leadership Development Programmes in Estonia, Kuwait and Croatia.  He undertakes consultancy work in Europe, Asia and Africa and has undertaken a number of cross-service facilitation events for the Health and Probationary services in local government.

Andy is currently engaged in a extensive research project, using ZING ©, with 20,000 pupils from primary & secondary schools across all 36 London boroughs.

Victoria Di Gregorio

joined the team having previously worked as a conference organiser and more recently as a customer service delivery manager for Eurostar; devising the training & development structure for the on board crew, whilst facilitating meetings between the international depots and cross-border agencies.

With an NVQ Assessor award and three languages under her belt, Victoria has been working closely with Andy on developing a range of techniques for interactively capturing delegates ‘views and voices’ using ZING (©) technologies.
