For years I have hosted the Shawhan Family web site, which included my family history and genealogy and my interest in Bourbon County, Kentucky and the historic Ruddle’s and Martin’s Forts.  Now–with the help of new web technology and learning a bit about how to put a web site together–I decided to completely revise the site.  Hopefully, it will be easier to navigate.

 

Besides containing much of the date from my old Root & Branch web site, this site contains literally hundreds of graphic images of people, original census information, articles of interest, etc.  I believe you will enjoy searching through the old records and finding important information on your ancestry or about the region.
