The Library holds a complete list of books I read and review while embarking on my wonderful journey into the great books. There is, of course, an awful lot of brain candy there as well. The Studio is my baby. It is home base for my latest creative endeavor into photography. It is a work in progress as I learn and grow in my new art. I’m open to, and welcome, gently but constructive criticism.
In short, Summerland is similar to what Christians call Heaven. This page is my tribute to those I have loved and lost.
While you may, on occasion, find a yummy Sabbath recipe or a rant on the failure or success of a spell or ritual in the scriptorium, what you will NOT find on this site, is a full blown Book of Shadows. I believe that while religion is a wonder and stimulating topic of conversation, it’s practice is a very personal thing and one that, for the most part, I keep to myself. My hope is that as time allows and my interests grow, so will this website. For example, stay tuned for “The Homestead Academy”, where I hope to document my family’s journey as we plan and prepare to buy land and create a self sustaining (and simpler) lifestyle.
