Balance is an application designed to help you keep track of the balances of all of your accounts.  Intended to replace a paper-based checkbook register, Balance maintains a list of credits and debits to each of your account.  When you enter a new transaction, Balance automatically recalculates that account’s balance.  With Balance, you’ll always know how much money you have in your accounts so you can avoid overdraft fees.

Version 2.0 of Balance adds support for multiple accounts in a new pro version that is available via In App Purchase.

Farad is an application that stores your personal information.  You can keep your notes, checklists, and recordings all together in Farad, and see how they relate via tags.  While there are a number of apps that do each of these things separately, your data do not exist in isolation.  You don’t have notes that are unrelated to checklists that are unrelated to recordings.  Instead, it’s likely that you’ll have a number of different – yet interrelated – notes, checklists, and recordings that you want to see together.  You want to see how they relate.  This is where Farad shines.  Farad: charged by your potential.
