NOTE TO TRANSFER CLIENTS FROM DR. DOMOTOR’S ANIMAL HOSPITAL:

If you are a past client who is moving with Dr. Kanfer from Dr. Domotors, please call Dr. Domotor’s to request that your chart be transferred to Exotic Animal Care Center. It will take some time for Dr. Domotor’s to be able to send the chart over, and Dr. Kanfer wants to make sure she has all of your information available at your first appointment with her.

Please be aware, the X-rays that were performed at Dr. Domotor’s are owned by the hospital, and can be borrowed but not transferred. EACC will have the ability to scan these x-rays, and will make the arrangements to have this done. Dr. Domotor’s is willing to fax or copy for pick-up up to a year of past records per pet, and  EACC is working with them to get the full records scanned and transferred onto CD for our clients. When you make an appointment with us, please let us know when you have contacted Dr. Domotor’s and we will follow up with them. Thank you!
